Grapevibes – Intern (Front of House / Back of House)

We are a brand that focuses on natural wines. We have 4 different establishments, retail & wine bars. Fun and outgoing bunch of people, and a very casual setting for a workplace. We love people who are interested to know about wines. Amazing if we could educate our guests, but also fantastic when we are able to learn something from people too. 

Are you passionate about natural wine and eager to learn from industry professionals in a hands-on environment? We’re looking for enthusiastic interns to join our retail and bar teams, where we celebrate organic, biodynamic, and low-intervention wines with soul.

This is a unique entry point into the world of natural wine—perfect for those curious about viticulture, wine service, and sustainable hospitality. You’ll work alongside our team, gaining real-world experience while helping us deliver exceptional wine experiences to our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with daily operations in our wine bars or retail shop.

- Help stock, organize, and carry wines (some physical work required).

- Clear glasses, reset tables, and maintain a welcoming space.

- Learn about natural wine producers, regions, and tasting techniques.

- Shadow our team in wine service, customer recommendations, and events.

- Support inventory management and special projects as needed.

Individuals we're looking for:

- A curious, hardworking individual excited to dive into natural wine.

- No prior experience needed (amazing if you do)—just a positive attitude and willingness to learn about wines.

- Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting cases, being on your feet).

- Passion for sustainability, hospitality, or artisan products is a plus.

- Must be reliable, friendly, and team-oriented

Duration: 6 months

Schedule: 4 days/week, 6 hours/day (inc. Sat & Sun)
