Primary Responsibilities
We are seeking full-time/part-time service crew who is passionate to work in the F&B industry and must be able to perform day to day outlet operational duties. For this role, you will be reporting to the Asst. Outlet Manager/Outlet Manager Your job responsibilities entailed FOH responding to customers enquiries, process food & drinks order taking, recommend food promotional items, cashiering and regular maintenance the outlet cleanliness standards.
Job Specifications

- Consistently strive to deliver excellent customer service to all guests eg: going the extra mile
- Attend to guests’ enquiries and provide recommendations on foods & drinks
- Provide a welcoming customer environment and build rapport with guests
- Conduct food survey engagement with guests and gather feedback
- Good communication skills with guests and other team members
- Daily maintenance for outlet’s front of house for cleanliness to meet operational service, hygiene, and safety standards
- Adhere to standard operation procedures of the company
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job requirements
- At least 1 year of similar work experience or fresh graduates are welcome
- Fluent in English to communicate to guests
- Service-orientated and good communication skills
- Training will be provided
- Part-time positions available ($6 to $8 based on experience)
