Gradiant AI department is seeking an intern to support our digitalization strategy. The Digital Transformation Intern is responsible for delivering projects such as developing an online learning platform and developing wireframes and wireflows for O&M platform from existing UI/UX. Your role is involved in all areas of project execution from planning to design through testing and iterating to ensure the project quality, schedule and budget goals are met. The intern communicates with various departments to drive project deliverables and achieve project goals. He or she will plan and schedule meetings, organize tasks, and provide updates. One project includes the setting up of an online learning platform that facilitates capability building and knowledge transfer within Gradiant.
Duties and responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this intern:
- Develop GTM strategies and drive market penetration initiatives.
- Support lead generation efforts
- Support channel partnerships sourcing efforts
- Driving business excellence initiatives
- Support commercial team members with commercial activities
Skills required:
- Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Highly motivated and take up initiative to own and manage the project
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and an eye for details
- Familiar with software systems to support internal process establishment
- Passionate in sustainability industry
