• Overall Jobscope:
  1. Facilitate activities and provide care to a group of students after school hours ensuring that safety and security protocols are met at all times.
  2. Provide guidance and supervise the completion of homework assignments from school, plan and conduct social and recreational activities to nurture and develop students holistically in academic, social and emotional learning and to inculcate in them leadership qualities, sportsmanship and moral character building.
  Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Class management - teacher interaction, ensuring safety and security of students at all times.
  2. Conduct and adhere to the programmes listed for the centre
  3. Provide guidance and supervision on the completion of homework as assigned by
  the school.
  4. Conduct social and recreational activities for students, actively supervising students on the ground during activity time and provide correctional feedback on student’s behaviour in a constructive way
  5. Report and document incidents involving physical restraint of students or violence
  involving students. Escalate to Centre Supervisor any disciplinary issues with students
  for assistance in resolution.
  6. Ensuring the hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness of facilities.
  7. Foster good working relationship with students, parents and school community.
