We are looking for an Admin Intern to join our fast paced startup. You would be an excellent fit for the role if:
You can handle general office administration, warmly welcome new candidates and clients, order and maintain stationery and office supplies .
You have a dynamic personality and are highly flexible.
You are detail oriented, meticulous and generate good reporting of the progress of the work.
You pay strong attention to even minute details
You can take care of duties such as managing telephone inquiries , organizing calendar and other documentations.
You are accurate in record keeping
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Provide general support , assist the management in coordinating with other partners.
You can take care of basic HR related documentations such as employment contract , payroll and other letters etc.
Performing adhoc duties as required
- You can multitask and you can keep proper track of the product catalog.
