Position Objective
Gain hands-on experience and enhance technical skills while supporting IT operations and collaborating with the Global IT team.
The key duties and work / learning experience that can be achieved in this role include -
- Infra & Cyber Security
- Assist in Cybersecurity investigation.
- Assist in infra- and cyber-security-related activity tracking & documentation.
- Assist in the review of existing IT infrastructure issues and remediation.
- Assist with IT projects and initiatives.
- Learn about IT security and compliance.
- Maintain documentation and troubleshoot IT issues.
- Collaborate with the IT team to achieve departmental goals.
Basic research skills that are required and have an opportunity to learn about IT trends, such as -
- Microsoft 0365 Technologies
- Workflow automation
- Data analytics technologies
Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree/diploma in IT or a related field
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt.
- Basic knowledge of IT concepts.
- Effective communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for a career in IT
- Minimum (3) months of internship or (3) days a week for long-term internships
