Job Description

What will you do?

You will be involved in -

Project Management Excellence:

  • Collaborate with Finance Project Manager to identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation initiatives.
  • Assist Finance Project Manager in facilitating the implementation of technology-driven projects, working closely with the Finance team and IT to design solutions that elevate business functionalities.
  • Collaborate in projects from conception to completion, defining business cases, creating project charters, setting milestones, and diligently tracking progress.
  • Manage project stakeholders effectively, ensuring proper resourcing and change management strategies.
  • Keep all stakeholders informed through active and accurate communication.

Capital Expenditure Control and Reporting:

  • Prepare insightful monthly Capital Expenditure reports for management, providing a comprehensive overview of financial performance.
  • Collaborate with operations, IT, and other teams to ensure accurate recording of Capital Expenses, updating outlooks, and performing forecasts as required.
  • Ensure strict adherence to the Capital Expenditure policy, maintaining financial integrity.
  • Work closely with business users to prepare Investment Appraisals, contributing to well-informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Currently Studying in Local Universities
  • Major in Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or similar
  • Strong problem solving and analytics skill
  • Result-focused and Attention to Details
  • IT-savvy, comfortable working with multiple systems
  • Knowledge Sharing and Continuous Improvement mindset
