Job Description
  • Process Monthly Payroll (Submitting payment etc)
  • Generate and prepare employee payslips and attendance record
  • Prepare monthly salary report
  • To assist in recruitment and interviews
  • Handle all clearance for resignation
  • Maintain employment database
  • Draft and prepare HR Letters as required (eg, employment contract, promotion etc)
  • Monitor and administer work pass application, renewal and cancellation related matters
  • Handle employee complaints, concerns and dispute
  • Administer and process training request
  • Work closely with Operations Manager for administrative duties
  • To oversee the company training calendar schedule
  • To be well versed with training providers as well as grants application process
  • Assisting with day to day operations of HR Functions and duties
  • Provide administrative support to all departments
  • Any other ad hoc duties


Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in payroll and HR field
  • A team-player with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Powerpoint and Word
  • Only Singaporeans may apply as there is no foreign quota/ sponsorship available
  • Prefer candidates with short period/able to start immediately
