Intern will be in direct interactions with the tourists and local customers to provide excellent service for the Company's spa services. 

Responsibilities may include but not limited to: 

• Attend to customer enquiries on spa services 
• Assist customers in appointment booking for spa services
• Promote spa services to customers
• Collect payments from customers 
• Handle any customer complains
• Gather service reviews from customers 
• Ensure good merchandising presentation of the products and marketing materials in store
• Maintain good spa environment in store 
• Any other related responsibilities 

Requirements: 

• Preferably with prior customer service experience 
• Able to commit weekends 
• Work location: Jewel Changi Airport - 11am to 9pm, 5 to 6 days work week including weekends
