Social Media Admin Work
Responsibilities:
- Admin Duties
- Handle all social media enquiries on program products, promotions and pricing.
- To extend hospitality and good customer service to walk-in and existing clients at all times.
- Assist in ecommerce sales enquiries and process order
- Update data information of all customers information
- Telemarketing
- Make phone calls for new customers appointment, ecommerce voucher booking, book existing customers’ appointments
- Apps customers and bloggers/influencers for the appointment schedule
- Management of Clients’ Expectation
- Scheduling and recording of clients’ and bloggers’ appointments.
- Handle Facebooking enquiries and comments
- Update customers testimonial and feedback on social medias
- Service Standard
- To extend and exercise good customer service at all times
- To assist in front desk duties as and when necessary
- Any other duties assigned from time to time.
Requirement:
- Good Communication & Customer Service and Social Media Skills
- 1-2 similar experience will be added advantage
- Able to speak Mandarin for Chinese speaking customers
- Flexible to work on event and roadshow
Social Media Marketing:
Pre-requites:
- Under graduates who wants to be in the hospitality and social media job
- Understanding of marketing and e-commerce principles
- Able to handle multiple tasks, organize, prioritize, make decisions and work efficiently and effectively under deadlines
- Digital Marketing communication and Team-spirit oriented
- Effective interpersonal and written communications skills o Ability to work independently within a team
- Work confidently with in-house teams, business units and pool of customers
- A quick learner, able to grasp new concepts, understand requirements and translate knowledge into practical ability
- Able to translate Mandarin and speak to Chinese speaking customers
- Have a strong eye for detail and an vision for the company business growth
