- Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Accounts: Book-keeping and Reports using Quickbook Desktop
- Attend to Sale Enquiries: Online / Offline / Phone calls
- Order Processing: Quotations, Billing, Pick & Pack, Invoice
- Logistics: Arrange with courier / 3PL for delivery
Requirement :
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Good work attitude and independent
- PC literature (MS Office, Online Posting)
- Accounting Experience is a plus - $1600-$1800 (CPF)
- Start Immediately
- Diploma / A/O Level
Office Hours: - 5 day week (Mon - Fri) - 9:30am to 5pm Office
