Go-Genie – Class 3 / 3A Driver

Job Summary:

• You must be a hard-working, motivated, self-starter who excels in providing great customer service at all times and be well presented.

Working Hours:

• 5.5 days work week from 9 am - 6 pm. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Loading, transporting, and delivering items in a safe and timely manner
• Perform pickups and deliveries for the company covering specific areas
• Ensure parcels/documents indicated priority are delivered without delays
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, and the customer is satisfied
• Ensure proper recording of Proof-of-Delivery (POD) and tracking must be scanned and updated in the company’s mobile app
• To ensure proper maintenance of the vehicle
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules
• Establishing and maintaining the highest standard of customer service
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisors or operation managers

Education and Experience:

• No Experience required
• Candidate must possess at least Primary education or equivalent
• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence
• Excellent driving record
• Ability to lift 30kg and to maneuver any single package weighing up to 60kg with the appropriate equipment
• Fluency and basic knowledge of English, verbal and written
