Key responsibilities:
For Graphic Designer Intern role
Help to design and maintain Gnowbe’s website & ensuring a great user experience
Help to design digital mediums such as eDMs, websites, social media channels and web banners
Help to Write effective copy and design sales materials such as infographics and brochures
Help to Ensure the quality of output for creative work while meeting project timelines
Help to Design the digital mediums such as EDMs, websites, social media channels and web banners
Help to Design sales materials such as decks, infographics, brochures, case studies and whitepapers
Help to Ensure the quality of output of creative work while meeting project timelines
Help to Design the aesthetics to be implemented within a website or product, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts
For UX/UI Designer Intern role
Help to Design and maintain Gnowbe’s apps, dashboard and digital assets to maximize user such as creating flow iagrams, wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes and ensure a great user experience
Opportunity to work and collaborate with product, marketing, client success teams to design beautiful customer and curator experiences
Conceptualize and design smart and engaging responsive sites and applications
Assist to ensure best-practice production and design processes are followed for optimal performance across digital channels, and for designs to work across devices and platforms
Help to create overall concepts for the user experience within a business webpage or product, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and easy for customers
Help to build storyboards to conceptualize designs and convey project plans to clients and management
Help to Account for and track the human-computer interaction (HCI) element of a design
Help to Create surveys for research through various social media platforms to gather feedback on user's ease of use
Help to Conduct testing of completed applications, websites and software to assess user experience
Requirement:

We are looking for people who are passionate about learning and the maximization of human potential. We are a values-based organization so alignment with our vision, mission, and values is a must-have. We care just as much about what's on the inside as we do about what's on the outside.
The final year of Polytechnic or 2nd year of University onwards
Must be fluent in writing and speaking in English and in translating other multiple languages eg. Korean, Chinese, and Spanish will be an advantage.

Systematic and meticulous with an eye for detail
A hunger to learn is crucial in working at a start-up!
Energized by communicating and working cross-functionally with multicultural teams
Short-term Internship @ 3 - 6 months commitment minimum 3 months no less
To qualify for conversion to full-time staff will require a minimum of 6 months to 12 months period of Internship/Trainee (Do indicate in your correspondence if you wish to be considered for this role)
