What you'll do:
Educating clients on business impact through mobile micro-learning and helping them to use Gnowbe to drive behavior change in the workforce.
Translation of documents:
We are looking for a multilingual, experienced translator to translate the text as well as conversations. The Translator will be responsible for the accurate translation of documents and emails, as well as attending meetings in which live translations are needed.
You should be able to think quickly and have a firm understanding of the field in which you will be translating information that is contextually accurate.
Key Responsibilities:
Devise success indicators aligned with clients' business goals and partner with clients to execute a successful roadmap.
Study learner behavior patterns and suggest and execute creative solutions to drive adoption.
Analyze client usage data and prepare data-backed business impact presentations.
Create a delightful client experience by coming up with agile and creative solutions through cross-functional energization with various internal teams.
Become a credible resource to develop trusted relationships with administrators and decision-makers.
Maintain up to date and extensive knowledge on all company's product offerings through participation in product demonstrations, meetings, events, and marketing materials. Learn to effectively communicate Gnowbe's value propositions to key decision-makers.
Stay current on industry trends and maintain extensive knowledge of our competitors' product offerings.
Maintain strong relationships with marketing and sales teams through clear communication and by following up with them.
Participate in projects as needed to support Sales and Marketing initiatives.
Represent Gnowbe at conferences, events, and other community engagement opportunities.
Requirements
Final year Diploma or 2nd Year Undergraduate onwards
Fluent in conversational and writing abilities in both English and Hangul
Must have prior experience doing translations
3-month commitment minimum (with the option to extend)
Enthusiastic individual with a go-getter attitude
Systematic and meticulous with an eye for detail
A hunger to learn is crucial in working at a start-up!
