Great place to work
Pros: Great place to learn and grow. Lots of opportunities to collaborate and challenge yourself. Great colleagues and work environment! If you're looking for great culture, is a top-notch place to work. Feels like you're working with friends rather than colleagues. No two days are ever the same. You will face challenges often, but the team is supportive and collaborative. Your colleagues on your left and on your right are your greatest assets. Lots of flexibility to be creative, innovative and expressive. You will be trusted to be accountable for your work and to take ownership of your role.
Cons: Sometimes deadlines are tight, and the occasional miscommunication can tighten these deadlines. These can be overcome by keeping communications clear and closing the loop. As with all tight deadlines and urgent requests, expect overtime. But then again, it depends on how well you manage your time and prioritize your tasks.
