Job Description

Marketing Manager / Brand Strategist 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager and Brand Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies while driving brand development and alignment for our clients. You will play a key role in enhancing brand presence and market positioning through strategic planning, effective messaging, and targeted marketing initiatives. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with clients' objectives and target markets.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences, industry trends, and branding opportunities.
  • Create brand guidelines, including messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity, ensuring consistent brand representation across all channels.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with clients' brand objectives and target audience.
  • Manage social media accounts, create content calendars, and oversee the creation and scheduling of social media content.
  • Craft engaging written content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate marketing activities, such as campaigns and promotions, to align with the brand strategy.
  • Monitor marketing performance, track key metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing assets and graphics.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for strategic discussions and updates.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in branding and marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and digital specialists, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to clients, highlighting campaign performance, metrics, and key insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager and Brand Strategist or similar roles, with a focus on branding and marketing strategy.
  • In-depth knowledge of branding principles, market analysis, and marketing trends.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content for different marketing channels.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and strategies.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using marketing and analytics tools, as well as social media management platforms.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong attention to detail and a drive for delivering results.
  • Experience in working with corporate clients or in an agency setting is preferred.
