Eligibility: 

This internship is open only to:

1. Singaporean students
2. Singapore Permanent Residents (PR)
3. Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) holders
4. Work Holiday Pass (WHP) holders

Note: Employer does not have a Work s / Training Pass quota.

Internship Details: 

• Working Schedule: 5.5 days per week (44 hours per week; overtime compensated).
• Meals: Duty meals provided.
• Uniform: Provided with laundry services.
• Allowance: Basic S$1,200 – S$1,500 per month (excluding overtime).
• Location: Orchard Road, Singapore.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist in welcoming and checking in guests, ensuring a smooth arrival experience.
• Support the team with guest check-outs and billing procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints courteously and professionally.
• Assist with reservations, room allocations, and guest profiles.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments for guest needs.
• Maintain accurate records and support administrative tasks.
• Uphold hotel service standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Front Office Supervisors/Managers.
