E-Commerce Administrator (6-Month Renewable Contract)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Administrator to support end-to-end online operations, including order processing, inventory management, logistics coordination, and customer service support. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations across online platforms while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, E-Commerce, or related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, order fulfillment, or logistics coordination.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and courier portals.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills for customer and logistics matters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and inventory management.
- Positive work attitude and willingness to learn.
This is a 6-month contract role, with the possibility of extension up to 12 months depending on performance and business needs.
