Job Description
Job Scope
- Collect, input and maintain accurate employee records on the following information within SAP : Personal data,Organizational information etc
- Participate in HRIS project to include development of business processes and procedures for collection, input and maintenance of employee records
- Assist in reports preparation
- Data mining
Requirement
- Diploma/Degree/ undergrad in Business Administration or equivalent, preferably within Human Resources
- Some experience with HRIS and/or ERP system will be a bonus
- Working knowledge of human resource practices
- Proficient in database management, MS Excel, MS Word and Powerpoint
- Analytical and have good sense with numbers
- Immediately available.
- Period needed – 6 to 12 months
