Global Innovation Education Group (GIEG -  https://globalinnovationedu.com/) is launching a global initiative to empower teachers using AI through short films, daily AI use-case content, teacher interviews, social media campaigns, and online/offline workshops.

Interns will play a vital role in creating meaningful media that inspires and connects educators around the world. You’ll join an awesome, innovative team working to build a global community of teachers who empower one another with practical, creative ways to use AI in the classroom.

Social Media Content Intern / Part Time (AI Education Community Growth)


About the Role

You will drive GIEG’s community-building efforts by producing engaging AI use-case posts, teacher highlights, and micro-content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts for 100+ days of daily posting (Phase 1).

Responsibilities

  • Create social media posts featuring daily AI teaching use cases, teacher interviews, quotes, and short clips.

  • Edit micro-videos (5–30 seconds) from interviews, workshops, and short films.

  • Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

  • Monitor engagement and help optimize the growth strategy toward 500+ followers (Phase 2).

  • Create visuals using Canva or similar tools to highlight teachers and AI tools.

  • Support online community management (replying to comments, welcoming new members).

  • Collaborate with scriptwriter and editor to ensure storytelling consistency.

Requirements

  • Student in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Social Media, or similar.

  • Skilled in short-form content creation and social media storytelling.

  • Ability to turn raw footage into engaging, shareable posts.

  • Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.

  • Interest in AI, teacher development, education, or global innovation.

  • (Bonus) Experience managing brand accounts or growing communities.

  • (Bonus) Knowledge of AI tools for captioning, scheduling, or content repurposing.
