SCC Student Care Mentor @ First Toa Payoh Primary (Perm, 5 Days)
- Facilitate activities and provide care to a group of students before and after school hours ensuring safety and security protocols are met at all times
- Provide guidance and supervise the completion of homework assignments from school or in house prepared materials
- Execute daily activities in accordance to timetable
- Implement creative ideas, activities, and stimulating lessons and encourage students’ participation in classroom activities.
- Conduct recreational activities to nurture and develop students holistically
Qualifications
Requirements :
- Possess WSQ Student Care Certificate or Student Care Early Years Certificate.
- Training will be provided for mentor without relevant certificate.
- At least a Higher Secondary/Pre-U/A Level/College, Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent
- GCE ‘O’ Level with pass in English will be preferred
- GCE ‘N’ Level with pass in English
- Working experience in student care or tutoring is advantageous
- Keen passion to mentor, guide and engage children with dedication
- Friendly and cheerful with good interpersonal and communication skills
