Job Description
Project 1 (Part of SVS Product)
- Technical Skills: Scrapy, SkyScraper, Puppeteer or equivalent C#/javascript/python
- Objectives: Create a web crawler that will find video content online and match it with internal database of events of interest. Using description, thumbnails and video content to determine the probability of match. In the event of failure to match, allow human intervention to do the matching and learn from this.
- Deliverables: A working prototype that can showcase the crawling mechanism and matching capability with > 90% accuracy. Stretch goal would be utilize machine learning to learn the matching instead of phonetics and words similarity scoring system.
Project 2 (Part of SVS Product)
- Technical Skills: TensorFlow/ML .NET or likes C#/javascript/python Image processing
- Objectives: Create an image or video analyser that can determine the kind of sports event that is occurring within the picture or video.
- Deliverables: A working protype that can do the below
- Classify an image to be of a certain sports
- Classify an video to be of a certain sports in real time
- Identify the team based on logos and names in different parts of the image or video (stretch goal)
