Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and work with retailers, and respond to customer enquiries on website, email and social platforms
- Manage our online inventory and other website updates
- Develop partnerships and work with marketing to increase digital sales
- Monitor changes in website traffic or increases in sales
- Assist with forming our company's overall digital marketing strategy
Requirements
- A fast learner who is able to initiate ideas and execute flawlessly
- An independent, responsible self-starter who is keen and able to work in a remote environment with little supervision
- Relevant diploma or degree such as in business, marketing, fashion or retail
- Experience managing digital product inventory on platforms like WooCommerce
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS tools
- Experience using web analytics and optimisation tools
- Analytical skills
- Communication skills
