Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform recruitment activities to source and invite high quality candidates to join our platform as freelance / remote talents through social networking, LinkedIn, employee referrals and advertising.
  • Conduct online interviews and assessments to identify quality professionals across a range of skills and experience in line with the categories provided on our platform
  • Developing connections and new sources of business via social network and LinkedIn
  • Conduct networking to attract business from client companies and build relationships with business partners and freelance talents
  • Maintain good relationship with existing accounts for repeated hiring
  • Oversee quality of job postings by client companies, ensuring they accurately capture requirements, are well-written and attractive to target talents
  • Carry out business requirement meeting with clients to better understand their hiring needs and job requirements
  • Shortlist and invite freelance / remote talents in our database to apply for suitable job postings
  • Execute the recruiting process end-to-end while effectively utilising the process, systems and tools
  • Participate in broader Talent Acquisition projects that benefit the entire team or organisation

Requirements

  • Min GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or relevant discipline
  • Must be well groomed & possesses pleasant disposition
  • Possess 1 to 2 years of progressive talent acquisition / recruitment experience within a professional services sector recruitment environment will be preferred
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques, familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools will be an added bonus.
  • Detailed knowledge of LinkedIn and posting jobs on social media and job boards
  • Good communication skill, fast learner and comfortable in meeting tight deadlines
  • Training provided for entry-level candidates
