Job Description

Are you the next marketing superstar who is organised, efficient, and a motivated individual?

As the Marketing Lead, you will play an integral role in the team and will be in charge of overseeing the promotion of the brand. The responsibilities include organising campaigns as well as developing marketing strategies, promoting products or services through digital platforms, and monitoring the online presence of the brand. You will be responsible for discussing marketing strategies with the sales and marketing team, supporting lead generation efforts, and creating promotions.

To ensure success in this role, you should have an extensive knowledge of digital marketing and technology best practices, excellent interpersonal skills, tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce marketing campaigns. You will need prior experience with creating marketing campaigns and strategies, as well as online marketing and social media strategy.

- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
- Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Develop and manage paid and non-paid campaigns to build brand awareness and positioning while identifying potential customers with the intent of creating leads and acquiring customers.
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights to recommend future improvements.
- Oversee the holistic creative strategy and direction of brand, product, and content marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the quality of the content created by the team to ensure creating innovative content and that brand identity is adhered to.
- Design and oversee all aspects of digital marketing including marketing database, email, and paid and non-paid campaigns.
- Work with the team to brainstorm new, creative and innovative growth strategies.
- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
- Plan and manage the social media platforms.
- Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (eg website, emails, social media and blogs).
- Meet with the sales and marketing team to discuss digital marketing strategies.
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimisation etc) for the brand's website, including composing and posting online content that is SEO optimised for the brand’s social media page and website.
- Manage PPC campaigns, monitoring reports, ROI and KPIs.

Requirements are...
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, especially digital marketing.
- Problem solving mindset that anticipate challenges and proactively propose solutions.
- Team / project management - effective management of people and resources. Ability to cascade clarity around priorities and targets.
- Experience with ecommerce and online market is a plus.
