Gethitched Wedding Styling – Wedding Sales Admin and Operations Intern

Gethitched is a local wedding styling company founded in 2021. We have styled 800+ weddings till date, and still growing. 

We strive to create beautiful memories for our couples so that they can achieve their dream wedding. Nothing motivates us better than seeing our happy couples at the end of their wedding reception.

Responsibilities will include: 

• Sales administrative work (Data entry, drafting of sales related documents, etc.)
• Assist Sales with acquiring timely information from clients
• Preparing decoration items for wedding events
• Setting up and tearing down of decoration items
• Exposure to wedding venues (hotels, restaurants)
• Any other relevant administrative duties assigned

Ideal Candidate Requirements: 

• Chinese preferred, as we specialise in Chinese Weddings (knowledge of Chinese wedding traditions is a plus)
• Polytechnic or University students are welcome
• No experience required as will be guided properly 
• Willingness to learn, strong problem solving and attention to details are ideal skills
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Workspace
• Good interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
