Job Description

We are looking for a forward-thinking Intern, Systems & Processes to help build the future of our operations. You will play a pivotal role in creating our AI automation and data-finding infrastructure, transforming how we use information to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

How You Will Make An Impact 

  • Support Project AI Metamorphosis by assisting in the scaling of AI tools within our customer ticketing system to drive operational efficiency and automate business reports
  • Implement AI features, specifically Intent, Sentiment, and Entity, to unlock improved data collection and improve actionable insights generated from AI features.
  • Monitor and report on real-time sentiments to help optimise omnichannel routing (OCR) configurations.
  • Collaborate with teams within the Operations department to improve support capabilities through iterative AI tool enhancements.
  • Identify and flag anomalies in user journey data to ensure the community experience remains seamless and high-quality.

  • Ability to understand, interpret, and effectively communicate insights derived from complex datasets.
  • Tech-savvy and curious about AI, with a preferred functional understanding of help desk software like Zendesk.
  • Comfortable navigating "blank canvas" scenarios; able to independently identify hurdles and build solutions from the ground up.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to balance multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends in customer feedback and flag them for process improvement.
  • Effective communicator who can relay information clearly and professionally to internal stakeholders.
