Administrative Officer

Responsibilities:

• To attend in person or via telephone calls / emails to all enquiries with respect to the development projects.
• To ensure the accuracy of the Sales and Purchases Agreement, Loan Agreement and other relevant document to the sales.
• To ensure the correct procedures and timely processing of documents are carried out pertaining to billings, reminds and collections.
• Provide excellent service and assistance to clients
• Any ad-hoc assignments, projects and analysis as requested.

Requirements:

• O-Level or A-Level / Certificate / Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management or any other relevant discipline.
• Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in relevant industries.
• Attention to details, willing to learn, with positive mind set.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin - both written and spoken (need to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
