Gennal Industries Pte Ltd – Quantity Surveyor Intern

• Project co-ordination and planning with sub-contractors and suppliers;
• Attending site meetings occasionally and handling clients’ requirements;
• Preparing and formalizing work orders and subcontract agreements/ variation orders/ final accounts;
• Monitoring and keeping records on all variation orders in the project;
• Settlement of project final accounts with clients;
• Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors’ progress payments;
• Evaluates subcontractors’ works and recommends payments;
• Liaises with consultant’s Quantity Surveyor for contractual requirements;
• Performs other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• No experience is required;
• On-the-job training provided;
• Understanding construction drawings will be an advantage.
