Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Report to Co-founders
  • Answer phone calls and re-direct them accordingly
  • Manage calendar and appointment scheduling
  • Recording minutes during meetings
  • Manage travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Conducting or preparing research material 
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefings
  • Filing
  • Provide administrative support to our inhouse sales team
  • Manage appointments of the sales team 
  • Manage sales contests 
  • Generate monthly Sales Performance Excel sheets for sales team to update
  • Other ad-hoc tasks


Requirements :

  • Degree in Business Admin or similar field
  • Minimum 2 years proven experience as an efficient Personal Assistant
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications
  • Proficient in advanced Excel formula : IF, IMPORTRANGE, SUM, AVG, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, etc
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Meticulous and ability to multitask
  • Resourceful with creative ideas
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Can adapt well in a fast paced and flexible work environment
