Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Assist in on-boarding and off-boarding of employees
  • Recruitment and sourcing of junior roles
  • Assist in simple payroll checking duties
  • Assist in research and grants administration
  • Data entry of employees' details
  • eFiling
  • Assist in other HR operation and administration duties

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma graduate or Uni undergraduate in HR
  • Some relevant experience preferred
  • Meticulous and detailed
  • Self-motivated, resourceful and persistent
  • Diligent, work with integrity and passion
  • Able to work in a flexible and fast changing environment
  • Monday - Friday, 10am - 7pm
