Job Description
Job Scope:
- Understand company policies and attend to employees' queries
- Provide administrative support to HR department
- End-to-end processing of Freelancer's payment
- Maintain HRM system
- Leave Audit
- Prepare employee listing
- Other ad-hoc general HR & Admin duties assigned by your direct Manager
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree Year 2 and above in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- Work experience as a HR Admin or similar role
- Familiar with MOM Employment laws
- Ability to work with sensitive data and maintain strict confidentiality at all times
- Able to work in a fast changing versatile environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Sheets
- 90 to 100 hours per month (flexible basis - maximum 8 hours per day)
- Salary Range: SGD 600 to SGD 1,000
- Singaporean & SPR only
