Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Assist and provide administrative support to our inhouse sales team
  • Update sales reporting for sales teams
  • Generate Excel sheets for sales team to update sales performance
  • Handle refund request, referral fees, Sales Agreements, bank charges
  • Other ad-hoc tasks
  • Work Schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend, 10am - 7pm / 12noon - 9pm

 Requirements:

  • Diploma graduate or University undergraduates in Business Management or related fields 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Confident to support a huge sales team
  • Meticulous and organized
  • Excellent communication skills and good listener
  • Can adapt well in a fast paced and flexible work environment
