Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Attend to customers' online queries, calls and correspondences (including complaints) with professionalism and care
  • Process & ensure accuracy & completeness of insurance quotations, policies, renewals, claims
  • Communicate & document changes & updates clearly & promptly
  • Assist in promoting and soliciting sales of insurance and loan products,
  •  Manage leads, liaison with business partners 
  • Other admin work & ad-hoc duties as assigned


Requirements

  • Meticulous and efficient worker (able to complete a variety of tasks within tight deadlines)
  • Excellent Customer Service & communication skills (English & conversational Mandarin- to liaise with Chinese speaking clients) 
  • Quick & adaptable learner (things are always changing in a fast-paced startup so you need to embrace change)
  • Min Qualification: ‘O’ level
  • Supportive team player; Willing to go above-and-beyond to help teammates when needed
  • Does not require a work pass to work in Singapore (due to MOM quota restrictions)
