Job Description

Internship, 3-month hybrid (ideally full-time) 

 

Position opens in December 2025

 

What The Role Is About

 

The intern will support learner recruitment for our healthcare programmes converting prospects into Generation learners through a robust and effective recruitment funnel. They will support learner recruitment activities (eg. evaluating applicants, event support) to ensure a smooth applicant experience. The intern will also support programme-related activities (eg. field trips and in-classroom activities), supporting job seekers. 

 

What You Will Do

  • Ensure prompt, professional and friendly management of programme queries through email, phone calls, whatsapp messages
  • Assist in the screening and selection of learners for upcoming programmes and ensure close alignment with organisational targets
  • Assist in organising and planning recruitment events 
  • Support the team with organising and executing program-centric events (e.g. program information sessions, field trips, classroom activities)
  • Any other organisational support tasks assigned by supervisor

 

To Be Successful You'll Need to be/Have

  • Alignment with Generation mission and values
  • An analytical thinker with good communication, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Enjoy talking to people and comfortable with facilitating/presenting to an audience
  • Enjoy planning and being on the ground at events
  • An independent self-starter who takes end-to-end ownership of tasks assigned, positive, solution-oriented, seeks opportunities for improvement with a growth mindset
  • A proactive learner who is meticulous, values accuracy and pays attention to details
  • A team player - able to collaborate across the organization with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Agile, able to multitask, prioritise and adapt to changes

 

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a diploma or undergraduate program from any discipline (also open to graduates/career switchers or individuals looking for internship experience)
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, familiarity with Excel, data entry, database management
