Internship Human Resource (Full Time / Part Time 3 Days)
Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day HR operations
- Prepare reports for HR insights, update and maintain HR records
- Coordinate the resource planning and fulfilment with Leaders and Talent Acquisition
- Assist in the Performance Appraisal and Salary Review for Hourly workers
- Be involved in process improvement projects
- Other adhoc duties
Qualifications/Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Degree
- Competent with MS Office applications
- Being inclusive and having the imagination and courage to make changes
- Possess good communication skills
