Internship Human Resource (Full Time / Part Time 3 Days)

Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day HR operations
• Prepare reports for HR insights, update and maintain HR records
• Coordinate the resource planning and fulfilment with Leaders and Talent Acquisition
• Assist in the Performance Appraisal and Salary Review for Hourly workers
• Be involved in process improvement projects
• Other adhoc duties

Qualifications/Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree
• Competent with MS Office applications
• Being inclusive and having the imagination and courage to make changes
• Possess good communication skills
