Job Description

  • Assist in day-to-day HR administrative tasks (e.g. Certificates of employments, HRIQ issues)
  • Assist with offboarding processes (Check with reporting manager on acceptance of resignations, Offboard from ULMS and HRIQ, Send offboarding email)
  • Assist to organize training, engagement activities, and company events (e.g. CSR)
  • Create Moodle onboarding slides (For HR induction, Collate slides from other departments and upload, set up and configure it in Rise360) – E.g. Narratives, Visuals, testing) For SGHO and ANZ.
  • Assist with analysis of employment survey and pull out report from Gallup Survey.
  • Assist in maintaining contents of the HR portal on intranet
  • Update Org Chart for SGHO & SEA and request the information from ANZ and India.
  • Handle employee enquiries and provide basic HR support
  • Update of all new joiners’ information into HRIQ by first joining day. – To retrieve joiners documents from HR Temp staff
  • Housekeeping of the HR shared drive & E-filing of personal files
  • Assist in any PowerPoint presentation
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HR team

 

Job Requirements

  • Strong interest in Human Resources and willingness to learn across different HR functions
  • Basic understanding of HR concepts (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, employee records) is an advantage 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative abilities
  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion 
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work both independently and in a team 
  • Comfortable handling administrative tasks (e.g. documentation, data entry, coordination)
