Fincy, a venture built project by GBCI is a travel and multi-purpose payments lifestyle app that looks to make cross border transactions easy and affordable. Aiming to support tourism, businesses and the unbanked population, it currently holds digital payments licenses in Cambodia and Singapore, with more licenses in the pipeline across SEA.

Flesh out ideas with wireframes, mock-up designs, performance and benefit estimates and present these ideas for review.
Assist to maintain products’ features’ roadmap and version document.
Assist in competitors and capability analysis.
Support in organizing and coordination of internal and customer training on how to use the product.
Support and coordinate training and workshops for internal and external parties.
Assist to coordinate beta tests.
Assist to maintain database queries to analyse performance indicators, evaluate experiments, etc.
Assist in maintenance of proper product documentation.
Requirements:
Currently undergraduate in Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Financial IT or related field.
Familiar with the blockchain and/or mobile app.
Strong verbal and written Mandarin and English communication skills across all levels of the organization (In order to liaise with the Mandarin speaking associates)
Strong documentation skills
Good interpersonal skills.
Highly Self-Driven and Results Oriented.
Knowledge of UX/UI best practices
