We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Intern to support our daily administrative operations.

As an Admin Intern, you will work closely with the operations and management teams to ensure smooth administrative processes, maintain accurate records, assist with documentation, and support various internal activities.

This internship provides hands-on experience in office administration, documentation management, operational support, and business processes within a fast-growing technology and AI-driven company.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks and office operations.
  • Maintain and organize company documents, records, and files.
  • Support data entry, document preparation, and administrative reporting.
  • Assist in preparing internal reports, presentations, and operational documents.
  • Manage and update spreadsheets, databases, and tracking documents.
  • Support employee documentation and administrative processes.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, and recording meeting notes when required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support administrative requests.
  • Assist in managing office supplies, equipment, and administrative needs.
  • Support invoice tracking, payment documentation, and basic finance administration tasks.
  • Assist in organizing company events, activities, and internal programs.
  • Handle other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by the team.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Finance, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with different teams.
  • Positive attitude with strong initiative and problem-solving mindset.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with spreadsheet management, documentation systems, or basic accounting tools is a plus.
