We are looking for fun, outgoing and reliable staff for these uses:

*This job is not applicable for people who don’t know how to have fun. I mean, what do you expect from a boss with a Lightsaber?

Responsibilities:

• Desktop Research 
• Perform outbound calls to new customers to make appointments
• Perform inbound calls to customers who returns calls
• Achieve Key Performance Indicators including the number of calls made, number of appointments set, etc.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks

Note: Training will be provided

Requirements:

• Able to communicate well in English 
• Team player and able to work independently
• Able to work smart in a fast paced environment
