Job Responsibilities

• Develop social media marketing content, promotional copy and campaign concepts
• Coordinate with influencers/KOLs, support project execution, and manage content review, scheduling and publishing
• Prepare and compile project reports
• Keep up with trending topics, popular content formats and relevant keywords; independently develop trending content ideas, improve content and optimise titles
• Collect and analyse audience needs and maintain close interaction with followers through daily content and campaigns to increase brand awareness and audience engagement
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Open to all educational backgrounds and majors
• Strong sense of current trends and familiarity with mainstream social media platforms
• Proficient in Canva, Photoshop or other image-editing tools; candidates with video-editing and template-design skills will be preferred
• Sociable, with strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
