FY Advertisement Pte. Ltd. – KOL & Influencer Marketing Intern

FY Ads is a Singapore-based digital marketing agency specialising in social media content and cross-border marketing. We work with brands across hospitality, F&B, education, retail, healthcare and lifestyle industries.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source suitable overseas KOLs/influencers on platforms such as XiaoHongShu (RedNote), Instagram and TikTok

• Prepare KOL briefs and communicate campaign requirements and content direction

• Liaise with KOLs on collaboration details including pricing, product seeding and posting schedules

• Ensure deliverables are submitted and published on time

• Build and maintain a KOL database for future collaborations

• Assist in basic content review and track post performance during campaign execution

Requirements

• Familiar with social media platforms such as XiaoHongShu (RedNote), Instagram and TikTok

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Basic understanding of how to search for and evaluate suitable influencers

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Able to negotiate collaboration terms and manage timelines effectively

• Good command of English to communicate with overseas KOLs

• Overseas exposure (especially Singapore) or related internship experience is a plus
