Main Responsibilities:
Process orders on Company's E-order platform
Respond to E-order queries
Ensure balance stock accuracy on Company's management information system (MIS) software
Perform basic accounting duties - inputting of sales and purchase data, issue of tax invoice / delivery order from accounting system and other tasks
Perform basic administrative duties - ensure necessary company licenses are renewed and monthly bills are paid on time
Requirements:
Fresh graduates may apply
Keen to learn and able to perform in a multi-tasking role
Adequate typing skills and adept in Microsoft Excel
