Future Grail Pte Ltd – Operation and Sales Support

Future Grail is a distinguished auction house, museum and vault specializing in high-value timepieces, headquartered in Singapore. We offer expert advice and guidance to watch collectors and investors interested in this new and increasingly-popular new asset class to help them make informed decisions when buying and selling. 

We have over 200 rare and historically-significant timepieces on permanent display. Our Museum has some of the world’s rarest collections of watches and artifacts dating as far back as 1800. 

Key Responsibilities/ Tasks

• Participate in daily stock-take
• Attending to customer's sales inquiries on online platforms 
• Performs follow-up calls to customers as required to resolve an outstanding query.
• Form positive relationships and build rapport with existing and potential clients to increase business opportunities
• Generate sales invoice
• Tagging and tracking for incoming and outgoing stock
• Any other miscellaneous duties that may be assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Attention to detail, well-organised, and able to prioritise multiple tasks
