Job Description


  • Clients Management and Sales – Liaising with clients to identify their needs and follow up with suitable proposals and quotations
  • Client Communication and Relationship Management
  • Provide Professional Customer Service and Advice to Clients
  • Proposal Writing, Quotation, Invoicing and Payments
  • Events Planning and Coordination – Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution
  • Work with Marketing Team for marketing strategies and promotions

 Job Requirements:

  • At least 3-4 years of relevant Events and Sales experience
  • Meticulous and great attention to details
  • Highly organized with good time management skills
  • Strong communication skills – verbal, written and presentations
  • Proactive and independent
  • Demonstrate a high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suites applications
