Funbiz Marketing Pte Ltd – eCommerce and Social Media Intern

Funbiz Marketing Pte Ltd is planning to expand its e-commerce business on various platforms and product distribution channels for both B2B and B2C markets.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, and self-driven E-Commerce intern to join our team! If you are self-motivated, creative, and initiative, You are the one we are looking for!

You will be overseeing customer care and digital fulfillment for sales orders on our various digital platforms, and at the same time create a strong digital presence to promote better awareness of our brand values.

Leverage social media platforms to increase awareness and increase sales for our e-commerce platform and website.

We promote a culture of collaboration, kindness, and teamwork with our people to grow as a company.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Manage social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and company websites.

• Manage e-commerce platforms (Shopee, and Lazada, etc) to ensure prompt order fulfillment and customer care.

• Content strategy planning and maintain up-to-date quality content on eCommerce & social media platforms.

• Plan, Create, update current and new product descriptions, product photos, promotions content, sales banner visuals on all e-commerce platforms and websites.

• Improve sales, traffic, and conversion via Market Research & sales data analysis. Explore and propose Creative product ideas for consumers.

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing or eCommerce/Marketing/social media environment.

• Good Knowledge of computer applications with proficiency in design software Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop would be a bonus.

• Understanding of social media, content planning, and content development & management.

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a good team player.
