Fujiwara Tofu Concept Shop Singapore – Food and Beverage Cafe Operations & Server (Intern)

Fujiwara Tofu Concept Shop Singapore is an Initial D Based Japanese Cafe. The Cafe is popular among car enthusiasts and Japanese pop culture. With monthly events ranging from car meets, bike meets to Japanese related events supporting local sub-culture groups. E.g Beyblade, Aliwal Chess Club, Tamiya 4x4 races, Japanese Rock Club meets and many more. Have fun working, while having the opportunity to see rare and exotic cars!

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and guide them to their tables.
• Take and manage customer orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
• Provide attentive service to ensure customers’ needs are met throughout their dining experience.
• Process payments, including handling cash and card transactions securely.
• Prepare tables to ensure cleanliness and readiness for the next guests.
• Clear tables and maintain overall restaurant cleanliness.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time.

Operations Responsibilities

• Assist with oil filtering.
• Support dishwashing duties.
• Help manage event grounds.
• Set up requirements for events.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
• Comfortable with standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Working Arrangements

• 5-day work week with rotating shifts (including weekends).
• Typical shift: 3:30 pm – 10:30 pm (overtime pay provided if required).
• Transport provided for shifts ending after midnight.
• Staff meals provided.
