Job Description
- Handle customer service hotline and provide first level service support
- Provide quality customer service to customers over phone, email and social media
- Follow up outstanding cases and call back customers if necessary
- Work as a team with other departments to ensure the quality of customer service is met
- Perform other adhoc duties as assigned
- Singaporean or Singapore PR
