Job Description
Our company is embarking on a new project to explore delivery with our rental vehicles. We will be hiring interns to work on this project with the Director.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in forecast planning
- Assist the Manager in planning and scheduling delivery orders in accordance with demand and available drivers and vehicles
- Coordinate with external project supervisors on work prioritization according to the delivery schedule
- Monitoring of delivery drivers via a system to ensure the delivery schedule is on track
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports regarding delivery targets and schedule
- Assist in all other marketing activities.
- Maintaining and filing documents relating to vehicles and drivers
- Data entry and ad hoc duties as assigned.
